He's a star player. The front office should shut their mouth and take it up the ass. Do they want to win, or not? That's what matters. Raiders fans shouldn't give a f**k what happens internally.

He skipped out on two practices and OAK rightfully fined him. After AB went public with it is when Mayock f**ked up with the chest puffing. Mayock should have simply noted to the media that it's not a big deal and all players receive the standard fine if they have an unexcused reason to miss practice. AB making it public is his choice but those are the Raiders rules for every player.
