I'd keep him under contract for the year just to make a point. Lol He'd go postal.Originally posted by itlynstalyn:Originally posted by JustinMT:Originally posted by itlynstalyn:Originally posted by itlynstalyn:They're gonna release him for sure, book it. He wants to go to KC when he gets cut.

They made the decision already, it just hasn't been formalized or announced.

Funny how society has made racism a one way street.
Terrible.
Imagine the words reversed. Riots in the streets.
Lol . Does anybody get offended at being called a cracker? Two words with a very different history...
It's almost like you can't cuss and threaten to punch out your boss, stop showing up for work, or maybe illegally secretly record a phone call with your OTHER boss and put it on YouTube anymore without everyone making a big deal over it.

Here's why the Raiders are in such a tough predicament; if they suspend him and release him and then the Arbitrator finds that AB's conduct wasn't "detrimental" they would be out $30,125,000, a 3rd and 5th round pick and no AB. Once he's on the roster at 4pm today, his 2019

salary of $14,625,000 is guaranteed under the Termination pay provision of the CBA. They are truly stuck between those two rules. They are trying to figure out how to best navigate between those provisions.

It's a bit more complicated than I thought.
Antonio Brown's $1M signing bonus was actually two $500,000 workout bonuses that required he attend at least 85% of the offseason program. He didn't, so he's already lost $500k. If he's released prior to Week 1, he'll leave Oakland with $0 cash earned, & $0 dead cap.

Spoke to a source in the Raiders building about the latest Antonio Brown situation "we all see the post but you won't believe me when I tell you that everyone is just working. We are operating like he is playing" #Raiders
