If a trade were to happen after June 1st wouldn't it only be $7M?

That's what I said earlier. I think we need to summoned AB or any cap guy to figure this out.

I'd be fine with trading this years 2nd round pick

I think he did (Edit: A fan posted it to him and asked if he'd like to be a 49er. He liked the post so wasn't him ). Maybe there is something already in the works? Maybe he didn't play this last week because he knew he was leaving? Maybe this is all conspiracy theory. Fun to think about the possibilities though.

There is no way something is already in the works. Teams can't trade until mid-March. Lynch and Colbert having a handshake deal in place 24 hours after the season is over isn't realistic.

That became apparent the moment it was determined he had not posted that image. March 1st is the day of the league new year if im not mistaken, that doesn't mean that GMs aren't having real conversations and setting the bases for an agreement right now. I agree it isn't very realistic. I was being semi facetious and having fun. It's a long offseason when the season isn't over and your teams not playing games =(

49ers new year resolution better be to win football games for 2019 darnit
#2 for Brown, Watt, and their 1st.

Yes, I'm serious.

It just means he's already thinking about where could I play next. Much like Bell will tell you that's not his call.

Pburgh won't trade him and will hope they can mend the fence.

Pit would hang up on Lynch if he offered that.
Are teams allowed to trade players right now since technically both the Steelers and 49ers seasons are over?

I need to know the full story regarding if he truly quit his team last week or not. If he did -- I just can't image Lynch making that trade. Or at the very least, paying market value trade comp.

Yeah this. I want to know what the beef was about between him and Ben. What caused these problems? Im not making judgments until I get more info, but even without this incident i'd not be a fan of trading for Brown. He's an awesome WR but he's also a bad teammate he is high maintenance and he is very expensive.
If they can't resolve come June I'd throw down a 1st for him especially if we land Bosa. It's going to be a very late pick anyways.

Nope, not until the new league year in March

Oh I know, we'd have to offer a lot more.
