That's very possible. Kubiak coached him and Fangio was on the Ravens staff in 2009 while Flacco was the qb. The familiarity is there.

Flacco to Denver makes sense. But Elways has a history of being cheap on benched QB, remember Kaep

I actually had him going to Cincy when I predicted the coaching carousel, but Denver would be an ideal place for him.. It's pretty similar how he inherited a defense (like ours) that's pretty much ready to be driven, now all he needs to do is get a QB and an OC.

Again? Because Vance Joseph was an abysmal failure. Elway is fortunate to have Kubiak as his lifelong BFF, otherwise the Broncos would probably be announcing Mike Munchak as their new HC.

That's a pretty sweet coaching setup. Fangio will make that defense elite in a season or two with the pieces they've already got inhouse.

Nobody is perfect. Everyone has up and down seasons. Look at his overall record as a GM. It is great.
Joseph may not be a good choice, but it was nothing like tomsula/singleterry bad.
