If Harbaugh is actually interested in returning to the NFL, and decides to take
the job in Las Vegas, could a reunion of him and Fangio become a reality 🤔

Maybe just hire coaches that can also be a GM. That way you know who to blame when things go south.

Oh man just saw he got fired, that's too bad. Well it is a results based business so I guess that's what happens. The next move will be to hire an offensive HC since they usually do the opposite of what the last guy was.

Not going to make a difference if Elway is still picking the QB's in the draft.

Elway ceded control to Paton upon hiring him. Paton made the decision to fire Vic and has full control over the draft. Paton will hire the next HC.

Maybe Fangio is just another good coordinator that isn't ready or able to be a head coach. We've seen several over the years with many of them coming from NE. That extra responsibility is just too much for some guys. Suddenly you go from the guy that only worried about one part of the team to a guy that has to worry about all three phases plus interact with the GM and media.

I still think that Elway is going to push crazy hard for Rodgers.

Officially out after 3 years and a 19-30 record in Denver.
If he had Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady, it would've been a different story. The rest of the roster is ready to compete for a super bowl.

Have you seen Jordan Love? The Packers would be idiots to get rid of Rodgers. LaFleur/Gutenkunst need to be like Tyronne Biggums and say "That's the first time I sucked **** for a QB."

Problem is a decent GM won't be coming. Harbaugh will want his puppet Lombardi.

Fangio's QBs were Flacco, Locke, and Bridgewater. Stupid GM.

GMs get fired as well. Stunned that Baalke hasn't been, though.
Not often enough.

What exactly was he supposed to do with that QB situation? Even Kyle Shanahan, who I think is a really good coach, top-10, is like 8-28 without Jimmy G.

Paton might bring in an ex Viking coach. Maybe EB from KC? But that would be in Reid's division.

DeMeco's a shooting star. He's not going to be around for much long 🤔
