Nice! He'd have a field day with that defense. Then it's all about his OC. I'd be very curious to see who he picks...what his philosophy is. He was cool with Adam Gase and Kyle Shanahan...just got insight into Matt Nagy/Andy Reid. Hmmmm...

Kubiak is basically locked in as the OC there.

Not a chance. Elway reportedly advised Baalke to avoid him.

Hmmm, that might work.

Fangio as HC and Kubiak as OC sounds like a winning combination. Fangio vs Andy Reid should be good head to head of coaching wits.

Kubiak accepting an OC job is unprecedented AFAIK. I don't think a Super Bowl winning Head Coach has ever taken a Coordinator job after the fact.

Peyton Manning was the head coach of that team

So Elway is indirectly responsible for the Tomsula debacle. Wrecking two franchises lol.

Maybe Kubiak doesn't want the stress? If Fangio can get Kubiak as his OC, I think he should call the defense.

Fangio and Kubiak coaching staff would be legit. Have a long practice followed by bingo night

None of them have ever been in his particular situation. If Kubiak was perfectly healthy then he'd still be the Broncos HC.
His health issues preclude him from ever again being a HC. OC is a significantly lower stress job, especially if he has a good offensive staff around him to help with gameplanning during the week.
