Their OL and cbs are major weaknesses and even foles is a liability with that offense. After all he doesn't have 3 all pro O lineman

Second Trubisky struggles, Foles will be in there.

Foles has been a competent NFL QB for all of about 2 seasons. Not sure they made a major upgrade there honestly.

Let's not forget he had 3 all pros on the OL with philly. The bears ol is trash and they only have Allen Robinson on offense. Foles is going to suck so bad
Did they pick up Trubisky's 5th year option? I think it's very telling that when people want to knock Jimmy G, they have to name the best of the best QBs. Even in knocking our QB, when you have to name the elite QBs as examples of better quarterbacks, it's clear our guy is definitely top-10. With that said, what happened to all those people that praised the Bears for that Mack trade? As well as those that constantly knocked Lynch for his swings and misses? We are seeing what happens when you don't build your team in a sustainable way by trading off assets and/or eating up tons of cap space.

Coupled by panicking about your job and signing aging guys to deals they don't deserve.

Everyone laughed at me when i said this wasnt a good trade for the Bears.

The Mack trade was very good considering they got back a second from the Raiders. The Bears suck at drafting and making free agent decisions overpaying these horrible players just like this year.

Mack is an elite pass rusher, former MVP and he still kicks ass. That is worth a couple of first round picks. They could've got Patrick Mahomes or Deshaun Watson instead of Mitchell Trubisky. Instead of choosing a player with play making ability and some experience they chose a guy that I thought had potential. In my opinion you don't do that with a number 2 pick

"We completely whiffed on Leonard Floyd, so let's give Robert Quinn $14M/yr with $30M guaranteed with the hope he can transition to 3-4 OLB, even it didn't work with the Rams." Ryan Pace FTW!

Mack won MVP? I think you meant DPOY. I'm not knocking the Mack trade. It's the ojther moves that devalue the Mack trade. For example, drafting Nick Bosa, trading for Dee Ford, and siging Kwon Alexander took this D to the next level. However imagine if CJ Beathard was our QB. We'd still have a great defense, but the effort would be wasted. And they are wasting some prime years of Khalil Mack.
Is there any particular explanation for why the Bears have 9 TEs on their roster?

You can take away the portion of the question have 9 TES on their roster and the answer is the same. No.

It's Da Bears!
Can someone explain to me why Kmet was the first TE taken? I watched a few games of his and there is literally nothing I see with him that screems "elite". Nothing. I actually liked our TE pick from Stanford a little more.

Hes so slow... Doesn't run good routes. Not great after the catch. Saw him drop a few passes. Like WTF.

Bears suck
