Bears should trade Fields for a 1st RD pick and draft Bryce Young. It will give them an extra high pick to work with and they a QB that will probally turn out to be a better passer than Fields and will also get their QN on a rookie deal starting all over again. It gives them more time to build their roster while their QB is cheap. Fields is going to get expensive in a couple of years and honestly I think the Bears still need more time than that to build a contender.
