Um, why would Rodgers agree to play for peanuts, being pretty much all we could afford?

Why would Green Bay agree to sell him to us for peanuts, a couple of third rounders, being all we have this year to pay them?

And how long would he last behind our O line?

He would be getting the same thing he already is getting. It would be cheap for us net 2 years because the signing bonus money is on GB not us. So his cheap base and cheap roster bonus is all we'd be on the hook for for 23 & 24.

Only 20 million smd 15 million in 25 & 26.

I don't like this idea. But we can afford it next 2 years

I feel like this is just an attempt to scare the Jets into giving up more. The cap is the issue for us. We would have to trade at least one, if not multiple highly-paid players to swing this.

Jets to Packers = Will only give you a second-rounder for Rodgers. Ohh you can also have Zach Wilson if you want him.

lmfao at the morons here that want this loser. he's been awful in the playoffs for over a decade. he'll go to the jets eventually where he will continue to lose. packers making up fake rumors to try to get first round pick.

They recently openly admitted Love is a bust and will probably look to draft his replacement with the first round pick.
