Stealing this from Greeny but I agree with him here. They already did when they drafted Love. This would just be Rodgers setting the date which he can easily do.

So in all honesty, if rodgers demands a trade what could the packers do?

Does rodgers retire? Or do they trade him to a team like the 49ers for a 1st and second rounder?

They dont have to do anything. Its not like Rodgers is going to retire. But typically teams will cave in and trade a disgruntled player. My guess? Rodgers goes nowhere

Packers are in the SB right now if their GM doesn't waste their first 2 picks. A WR and a defensive player should have been their top two priorities going into last years draft. But instead they trade up in the 1st RD to draft Rodgers replacement which would still be 3 years away and in the 2nd RD they draft a RB that would be a backup to Jones.

Seeing Rodgers´ contract I don´t know what the hell they were thinking when they drafted Love.

Cut/Trade pre june 1: 31.5M in dead money. If they want to trade him they´ll ask 2 1sts and I don´t know if a team will give them 2 1sts for a 37-yr old QB.

They can trade him or cut him post june 1 and they´ll save 14.3M in dead money tho.

seriously. Worst GM ever not giving Rodgers another WR. Last two years, I cant believe they havent gotten anyone to support Adams.

Just read Chillin post. Damn could he be more wrong? He should disappear after that take. I'm surprised he didn't pick The Lions to win the Super Bowl. He probably thinks Mahomes was done after they lost to the Patriots in the AFC Championship.

I could see Bill trading two 1s and then some to bring him to NE to finish both of their careers together.

For real though, I don't care if he's 37. He has two good years left minimum. I'd trade a 1st for him in a heartbeat. That's one Super Bowl championship for a first round pick. Maybe two. It is INSTANTLY worth it.
