Aaron Rodgers, QB, NY Jets

Rodgers will more than likely win the MVP for his great season. Remember, the voting is for regular season, not the playoffs. That being the case, why would GB offer him up to any team. The answer is they wouldn't. While the sting of this latest playoff loss is painfully obvious, it's far from the end of his career. He'll be back in the green & yellow again next season. Bank it.

I could see Bill trading two 1s and then some to bring him to NE to finish both of their careers together.

The Pats O is like a desert and without 1st round picks the next 2 years it won´t get better.

Same reason Detroit will offer Stafford: he wants out.

The difference is Green Bay already drafted his replacement last season. The only question is, DOES he want out? People may have been reading too much into his depressed press conference.

Yeah I think he was just really upset in that moment. Give it a couple weeks, let him go on a vacation and de-stress and he'll be laughing it off with a R-E-L-A-X comment
Rodgers wants a new contract apparently. Even if he wants out I think we can cross him off. GB will want him in the AFC, paid too much, 38 years old and who knows what's left.
Rodgers and Watson are long long shots imo.

Both want boatloads of cash, and to be babied'.

Yea, I feel like Stafford or the draft seems to be the more likely option.

I kind of think Watson's complaints are more justified. That Texans organization is a trainwreck
Every option, including keeping Jimmy comes with some risk or down side. There is no perfect scenario here.
Lol that was a fun day of speculation
So every offseason from here on out, until Rodgers retires, there will be some sort of speculation that Rodgers is coming to SF. Happened after the draft last year when they selected Love, happening now with the NFC Championship loss and will happen again next year when GB inevitably falls short again.

What would Rodgers cost? 2 firsts? I'd rather go for Watson. I either hope we get lucky in draft with QB or just stick with Jimmy and not get ride of our future picks

Does it really matter? Rodgers is THE BEST thrower of the football and I am very confident he wins a SB if he is a 49ers. I would give as much as 3 1st rounders for him if it means he will be playing for at least 3 years for us.

Rodgers and Kyle would make a great duo because both respect high level football knowledge.

There's no price tag on be able to win a Super Bowl.

Make a trade based on condition. Give 2021 1st and then the condition is to give a 2nd rounder each year Rodgers is on the SF roster.
