Good question. My suggestion would be to play him in preseason and hope he lights it up. If he does they will likely be able to flip him for a quality pick. Otherwise it's maybe a late round flier.
Tbh I'd take him over any other qb this draft. He has nfl experience and sat behind Rodgers. If you can get him for a 3rd it wouldn't be the worst trade.

He should have asked for 100 million a year. GB would have obliged. LMFAO hope they see a mass exodus of players that they now can't afford.

Yeah at this point he might as well. I was listening to ESPN radio yesterday and they were talking about this. Now Rodgers has to carry the team to the Super Bowl bc they cant afford to get any better. They cant sign free agents to help. They are worse now then they were last year.
49ers pretty much ended the Packers super bowl hopes last year.

Rodgers must be feeling sick to his stomach right about now. He got paid no doubt. But now he's stuck on a Packers team that can't afford anyone else because he's chewing up all the salary cap. The team is now WORSE after losing Davonte Adams and ZSmith. Not to mention a host of other players that will likely end up being salary cap casualties. And no team in their right mind would trade for him at any point to absorb that kind of contract.
I hope all those millions are worth it bud. You're gonna end your career with no more SBs…

And Rodgers is now calling Adams selfish because he wouldn't play on the franchise tag lol

I have to admit I'm extremely surprised Rodgers stayed with GB knowing that Adams was gone.

Yep it's fake. But I'm sure that's exactly how Rodgers feels, whether he admits it or not. He's got a stranglehold on that franchise for the next 3 years, and they won't be able to afford anyone significant as he grows older…

It's his fault. his b***hy and greedy ass knew exactly what will happen once he signed that new contract.

I love it, Greenbay is one of my most hated teams and watching them squander their future on a dude who has constantly b***hed about them and now makes up like a 3rd of their Cap by himself is amazing lol.

I don't understand Rodgers. You can see by the look on his face if a receiver drops a pass or if a play goes to pieces that he is still profoundly competitive. Yet he must know that he has destroyed his team's chances of achieving much until he retires. How does he deal with that?

His highest paid year is $54 million. You think he feels bad about that?
