If someone said that good QBs always carry their teams, that guy must be on your on level of trash posts and football IQ.

Also, just like Brady, they are both old and pretty much done with being elite QBs.

Yup. Ppl think cuz Brady can play til 45 it's a thing now. It isn't imo. Lot of these mid 30s guys are going downhill. Wilson, Ryan, Staffy, Rodgers who's near 40. Now would be the time to ask.. is he done?

TB12 is on another level durability / fitness wise

This. He can still play, it's just his team is garbo right now. His best target is Romeo Doubs. The way their GM has failed to put talent around him is negligent af.

Losing his best WR's was a big mistake. They should have kept Davante Adams. He could still do it with a reliable route runner with great hands. His guys run terrible routes and drop the ball. Just a bunch of scrub rookies. I think that's a big part of the problem too. I think he can still do it or still do it pretty well. He's not that much different of a QB. But has much different or much worse weapons around him now.

He's still got a good enough arm, what he lacks now is that buy time/scrambling ability. He's definitely not the same QB arm wise and athletic ability wise for 5+ years ago though.

What's interesting is that the current Packers GM.was seen as a prize a few years back. Goes to show how hard it is to find a person that can properly build a team.
