Um no. I don't know what team you support but this would not benefit the 49ers at all. Anyway I am not convinced that he will play on beyond this year. Regardless of the contract situation.

Him and Brady are set for free agency next year. I say take the guy who will play for less.

Rodgers can still play for another 2-3 years. Brady looks old now…
He has a broken thumb. Confirmed. But he can't play and all. Right guys?

Notice how a player with an injured thumb plays worse. Interesting isn't it.

Yet there wasn't any difference with jimmy in playing worse nor better

I had mentioned in the last game I saw that he looked off. He was missing passes that he normally hits. Now I know why.

Not sure why he's still trying to play with a busted thumb. In all reality he should sit the season out, rehab and come back stronger next season provided the door of opportunity is still open. If it's not open with the Packers, or they choose to move on, there's always another club. Aaron isn't ready to step away from the game just yet.
he done...time for the Love Era in Cheesehead country LMFAO
LaFleur likely to be fired at the end of next year

Really have enjoyed this arrogant POS getting destroyed this year
Is he done? Who cares. Purdy out here gunslinging.
This guy loves the drama.

Aaron Rodgers is a straight dick. So glad that Purdy emerged and is playing lights out. Now the 9ers don't have to look to the old guys for help.
an absolute disgraceful performance in the final game of the season. NFL and refs tried their very best to help his POS win but he still failed. Numerous BS pass interference calls and even took away an int on some BS illegal contact.

Ending his career losing to Goff lead NFL worst franchise Detroit Lions who had absolutely nothing to play for (just as the NFL wanted by not scheduling it at the same time as the lambs vs. chickens game).
Aaron 🤦🍑💨
