He's a turd and been fired multiple times. He has a gimmick power blocking run scheme that got found out twice, then he drafted a 4.3 guy to run it and got another couple years out of it. He'll be fired from baltimore soon.

He's a gimmick guy? He made Lamar into an NFL MVP and he's in the MVP race again this year. He made the 49ers a POWER running team for 3 straight years in SF and made CK a weapon. He's a proven coordinator who will always have an NFL job.
