Deebo Samuel-WR-South Carolina

I've never been more disgusted with a former player as I am with Deebo. He likes winners he said. When he was one of the biggest reasons why we had a bad year.

He says he will be "motivated" with Washington. Why wasn't he motivated with us? 20 million dollars isn't enough? Is he only putting out full effort in a contract year so he gets paid? How many years did he come into camp fat and out of shape? Then this useless diva had the balls to blame his pathetic play on not getting the ball?

But that being said, I put the blame on Shanahan. His refusal to bench Deebo when he was a drain on this offense is beyond rediculous. Shanahan's refusal to sit ineffective players is one of his biggest faults.

I have never wished another player to fail more than I do with Deebo. Good riddance.

I think you could've just posted this in the Shanny thread because seems like thats where you were headed lol...

To be fair, he said something more along the lines of "[having been with the 49ers] I like winners." The 49ers are a winning team (mostly). He isn't insulting our 49ers... he is basically saying he didn't want to go to the... Jets, for example.

Yea, that's crazy work by the other commenter. Deebo was clear he viewed the 49ers going under a rebuild and wanted to go somewhere to compete for a Super Bowl. We are rebuilding. He knows his time is limited and his best chance at contributing to a championship window is closing.
