OK. Barry Sanders is a lock but I also loved Marcus Allen. Allen gained over 12,000 yards rushing and another 5,000 in the air...and that with Al Davis forcing him to sit for a year. Dude was one of the best short yardage backs in history. Really wanted him to come to SF when Davis was throwing his snit.

It was clear the 49ers under valued Watters and no doubt severely damaged us. Anyone know if 49ers had money comparable to Phillys cost to retain him? Sure would have been great to have Floyd and him continue on.
