Lynn is there to replace McDaniel and we have no idea if he's even as good as McDaniel was considering that McDaniel has been Kyle's right hand guy for a long time now. Hopefully he does a good job in replacing what McDaniel brought to the table and he brings the additional experience of having been a head coach and a former player but the 49ers offensive staff still needs a lot of work.

He does? Isn't his specialty the run game? How would he make up for losses on the passing staff?
The passing game was pretty good when he was with the Chargers. I'm sure he's well versed in both.

But, I'm sure Kyle has some talent identified to promote. The way his assistants get HC jobs, he should have no trouble recruiting new talent to the coaching staff

Damn. He has been the best WR coach we've had. Helped develop all of our young WR. He helped Jennings develop… a 7th round pick. . This one hurts.
