The number of Super Bowls Tom Brady will win in his career?

Brady like would have won a SB for us this year if Shananhan wasn't so stubborn or afraid to make a tough decision. Yes bringing in Brady would've took some guts considering you had a QB that was part of a Super Bowl run. However it would have been the right move to make. We would been better than the Buccs were with Brady. Kittle never gets hurt like he did from Baker's tackle and Deebo and Wilson don't get over used or the same punishment because no team loads the box and dares Brady to beat them. We also get Gonk with Kittle, plus Antonio Brown is our 3rd WR which puts Borne as a strong 4th WR. My goodness we would have had a heckuva team if our HC was as smart and open to winning a SB as Bruce Arians. Oh well we are who we are.

Brady wasn't doing sh*t with us infront of this Oline and all our injuries. Bucs had one of the best Olines in the league this season. All Brady would have done is give us a couple extra wins giving us a worse draft pick.

Bahahahahah that's a f**king legend. And yes he probably only had half a white claw

Never forget the time he showed on on Colbert and downed a not-quite-a-pint as if it was a shot instead, confirming the urban legend that he was an all-time beer chugger

It's true, the Bucs were ranked 5th overall per PFF.

The 49ers were ranked 9th.

https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-final-2020-offensive-line-rankings

The 49ers offensive line allowed a lot of sacks mostly because the quarterbacks were garbage. Our line was nothing at all like the practice squad line the Chiefs rolled out in the Super Bowl. It has an elite tackle and a good left guard. The rest of the line needs work, but it was by no means awful. Almost to a man that very same line was in the Super Bowl two years ago. And by the way, 2020's sacks per game was 2.4. 2019's sacks per game was 2.1. Not that different.

Also, the 49ers sack per pass was 19th, which quite frankly is a better rank among NFL teams than Jimmy is among quarterbacks. Not to mention, it's only one rank slot lower than they had in 2019.

And for comparison, Seattle allowed more sacks per game than all but 3 teams. Quarterbacks matter. Improve the quarterback, improve the sack number.

Lastly, the Bucs drafted Wirfs because Brady wanted them to. Perhaps the same thing happens if he comes to San Francisco?

The reality is O Line play is poor across the board. It just is. So when fans on here rant about how bad it is here they aren't paying any attention to how it is elsewhere.
The GOAT is already back to work.

I remember the exact play I thought, "Damn, this Brady kid might not be just hype."

It was the first Super Bowl against the Rams. I was a youngster back then, back when we had to watch the 49ers get stomped by the GSOT uphill both ways.

It was the Patriots first possession. They were backed up on their goal line in the Super Bowl, and on their very first play they motioned to an empty set. I was thinking "You don't do this to a young QB, are these guys nuts?" And Brady throws a strike on a slant as if he had all the emotional pressure of a 7 on 7 drill. Pressure? What pressure.

So yeah, that was when I started paying attention.

I say kid when he's older than me. LMAO. How in the world is this guy killing it at 43?

Lol pretty much.

Its the same handful of people. Even most niner fans understand this by now. It sucks, but thats how sports work. Nobody stays the GOAT forever

On the bright side Brady grew up a 49er fan. In fact that's why I was rooting for the Bucs. I know he and his family were hurt when Mooch chose freaking Gio instead of Brady, but surely some part of him still loves the red and gold.

Side note: If Mooch drafted Brady, he'd still be coaching and would be considered the GOAT. Let that sink in. And yes, that's what would have happened. Brady wasn't good because of Belicheck. Those teams were really talented, but so where the 49ers teams in the mid 2000s. They just didn't have the quarterback (Patrick Willis, Frank Gore, Joe Staley, even Takeo Spikes was good). Put Brady on that team and they're contenders, period.

That would have been years of Manning Vs Brady Super Bowls.

Is it that or is it that DL play is good across the board?

Mooch rode the dynasty into the ground without providing any form of development. His time in Detroit showed just how bad of a HC he was.
I'll root for bay area brady to win more SB's as long as he stays with the Bucs and he beats Baltimore and K.C. My dislike for them is strong.

Yup. Theres really only a handful of teams that have a good OL.

DL have gotten to damn good athletically, and too many colleges run spread, which hurts OL at the pro level. They are either a bust, or they take a while to develop.
