You may be right. The 2021 season will likely be Brady's last best shot. Father time will strike him down at some point and it may be earlier than he would like.

Montana never played with SF in the salary cap era, so non-factor there.
Young retired the year he got married. If he hadn't retired he would have signed with Denver and who knows if he and Shanahan squeeze out another SB win or two there 2000-2002 or so.
A few quick thoughts. Such a joy to watch this guy play. I hope he and the Bucs keep it up (at least until they play the 49ers in the playoffs).
Probably the only NFL player left who is older than me and I like that. One of these days father time will win, but apparently not this season.
I'm waiting for Brady's cliff with anxiety as I hate to see the train wrecks where guys go out there and stink it up because the game has passed them by.
A lot of folks will take pleasure in Brady's play falling of the cliff if and when it happens to him, but not me. Until then it's nice to see him defy the odds for another year.
All the years he and Belichick were winning I couldn't stand both of them. As soon as he went to the Bucs I found myself rooting for him. Somehow he has beat Father Time. He can't be rattled and pressure is for the guy on the other team. Coincidently, he is with the best offense of his pro career. Set up another round bartender this guy is buying the drinks.
