If they could make Eddie sell the team to his sister (due to the bribery scandal), it might be the end of Kraft as owner of the Patriots.

That is pretty extreme. This is just a pervert crime, while Eddie D was caught up in gambling and bribery.

How is it extreme? It's completely in line with punishments handed down to other owners.

The NBA forced Donald Sterling to sell -- and he didn't even commit a crime. League's will do what is best for PR.

this is closer to Jim Irsay (suspended six games, fined $500K) than it is to Eddie D or Donald Sterling

You can't use "video," as a frame of evidence in the court of law unless it's extremely clear enough to id the suspect.
