Cindy Yang, the founder of the spa chain that was busted earlier this year in a massive sex-trafficking investigation, appeared to orchestrate a series of political donations to President Donald Trump's re-election campaign, according to a report from The New York Times.
A series of at least nine associates and family members maxed out their contributions to the campaign ahead of a March 2018 dinner at Mar-a-Lago that Yang reportedly attended. A photo and dinner with Trump cost $50,000.
One woman that reportedly donated who worked at a massage parlor owned by Yang's family told The Times that Yang came to her work and helped her fill out the check.
Any reimbursement for such donations would be illegal.
It was recently discovered that Yang also started a business that promised access to Trump, his family, and Mar-a-Lago.
