It's half guaranteed so I would presume so.

I mean he's only 24 so if healthy, the 49ers would be getting a young star LB in the prime of his career.

POT IS BOILING....
this is a stupid signing... even if he could only be here for 2 years, it doesn't make any sense.. why not just sign a guy like BARR or even CJ??
Wasn't he injured last year???
.. and from what I remember, doesn't he play the same position as our SUPER ROOKIE (Warner)??
WTF is goinnnnnn on ????
Can he RUSH the passer??

What about EDGE? I thought that was top priority.

Yep people always forget that. This move puts Warner at Will too!

Remember, 'zoners. You aren't ever allowed to change your opinion on players. So whatever you think now is what you absolutely must feel even if he makes two Pro Bowls in a row. Or if he blows out another knee. Opinions can never change on the internet.

I love this signing. It's essentially a two year deal, after which they can move on if it doesn't work out. ACLs aren't as hard to come back from anymore, so I'm not too worried about that. He's already squatting and jogging, which is a great sign

when you will you guys learn lol
when you're not a contender you have to overpay
Not to mention the silly taxes players have to pay in CA. Gotta offer 10% more than TB just so the take home is closer to comparable.

This is giving me hope for this off season compared to what this Lynch guy did last year.. Be aggressive.. Kwon is young and will be a beast if healthy
Take some f**king chances this off season please

Giants must not be interested in swapping 2 and 6. If they were I believe devin white would have been the pick at 6. I guess Kwon and josh Allen will do, not bad...

We're all open to changing our opinions. Nothing is ever set in stone.

It's why the prudent thing to do is not to rush to judgement or make definitive declarations

This is a narrative that isn't always true. If you reside in another state with a primary residence AND immediate family in that state... you can claim domicile. This only makes sense if he plans on moving to CA.
