Agreed. He'll learn from this experience.
agreed, he had that motivation last year when he dropped a turd in the game that mattered and he did it again this year.

When you play like he does, its just a matter of time till you get that big injury.
Agree. All offseason Bill Bellicheat and other coaches is going to figure out that offense. Vrabel was able to with some interesting stunts and blitzes to force Lamar outside. He's a good QB, but that offense is going to be figured out in the offseason.

Last year he was a rookie with a handful of starts under his belt. This year he put up 500+ yards of offense while getting little help from the rest of his offense. For much of the year it was the Jackson and Ingram show on offense. Tonight it was just Jackson and it hurt them a lot since Tennessee didn't have to worry about Ingram rumbling through their defense.
Long term Jackson is going to be just fine. We're talking about a guy who just turned 23 and is going to be younger than the first QB picked in the upcoming draft. He'll learn from this and get better.

Jackson threw for 360+ yards and ran for 140+ more. The only thing that was figured out is that their offense isn't as successful in the redzone when Ingram isn't out there to force defenses to choose to stop one or the other.

so you have points, but you're saying me and you both said stuff that is true.
4 straight chokes doesn't bold well.
and the 500 yards from the latest game??

Many of those yards were in garbage time, only 12 points to show for it. Almost Dak Prescott like with that line, minus the rushing total. He did not look like a QB that is comfortable playing the game in the pocket.

It was a 16 point game. Garbage time didn't exist until the last 3 or 4 minutes. He moved them down the field pretty well in the 1st half too. Their main issue is that they had no other major threats that the defense had to focus on. That falls on the coaching staff for having been so dependent on Jackson and Ingram all season that when Ingram got hurt, all they could do was rely on Jackson to be their rushing AND passing offense.
Overall that was a poorly coached game by Baltimore. They came out looking flat and struggled to ever gain traction, especially defensively.

4th and 1 on your own 45 early in a 7-0 game, and going for it is the type of hubris that keeps the Harbaughs from achieving their potential. John is lucky he played against brother Jim to win a Super Bowl. #Lil_Trus.

After watching the highlights of the Ravens game I actually doubt he'll be around long enough to have the career that everyone seems to think he will have unless he learns to protect himself on those runs, he just exposes himself to too many hits. To me Russell Wilson has always been the model for the mobile QB. That guy always gets down or gets out of bounds before anyone can get a really good shot at him. The other thing of note is that even though he put up some good numbers against the Titans his team lost which, again outside of Russell Wilson, seems to be the fate of most running QB's when they get into big games. I think with another off season to figure out how to better defend against this version of the RPO that teams will start to get the Raven's number next year and they may find that they won't have nearly as much success running it as they did this season. Jackson is pretty good athlete so he will always be a threat as long as he is healthy but at the end of the day defenses always seem to figure out a way to slow offenses like this down.

Yes, and it wasn't just the Tenn. game. He does not protect himself. He is going to start getting injured if he doesn't learn Steve Young's lesson. Teams will realise that it is a damn good way of shutting down the Ravens.
