guy can't play for half the season; gets rewarded with an extension. LMAO. You cannot make this s**t up. I'm trying to remain positive but this hurts my soul.

I'm joking around, it's a good re-sign. Hopefully he'll be able to stay healthy this year..

Hearing there's a mechanism in long-snapper Kyle Nelson's contract that enables the #49ers after six games to remain with Colin Holba without any financial impact if things are going well with their specialists and they don't want to break up that chemistry.

Paraag and his band of analysts found another moneyball loophole and are celebrating like a boss!

Yes. You're telling me there's no other long snappers that aren't suspended for almost half the season they couldn't have signed?

I'll say this...this dude NEVER screws up a snap. And we know he's serviceable as a TE4.

As much as we joke, don't underestimate a good longsnapper.
But if this the only move we make today or tomorrow im gonna throw whatever is closest to me at a wall.

They already did that. If Holba is solid, Nelson is out.

Have you ever heard his name spoken during a game broadcast? Exactly.
If it wasn't for the 49ers carpool karaoke episodes, nobody would even know what he looks like. Hes very good. Find a team with a higher FG% the last 5 years than the 49ers. Obviously hes only part of that equation, but hes definitely a factor.
