Hope he bounces back, dude looked so down.

More like he bounces out after today's performance.

Likely won't happen unless he has another bad game or 2, Kyle will give him another chance, plus releasing him saves no cap room, his $1.05M salary is GTD.

It's also kind of like Tom Compton, he has been active past 2 weeks, but his $1.05M base salary is GTD, and he got a $200K signing bonus, only save $125K(his LTBE incentive), never smart to eat cap room, not when you're up against the cap, and have a lower than expected cap in 2021.

Can we just release him and save the roster spot for a more important position? Skule can do his job.
But if their deals weren't GTD, I'd want them to cut Compton for sure, and Nelson if he keeps not playing well. But I wouldn't do it due to eating cap room.

They could have cut Compton before week 1, and before they redid his deal, he had a $2.7M cap number, and $750K GTD, so they would have saved $1.95M, where they saved only $1.325M with the pay cut.
I've never seen him snap this bad. Wow.....

I think it was something that just got into his head. I remember a baseball player that ended up retiring because he couldn't throw the ball to first base.
I blame the field.
Just sign a LS to the PS.

I haven't seen anyone suggest we use our top pick on a long snapper next year.

That was Rube Baker in Major League 2 and he couldn't throw it back to the pitcher lol
