Correct. Tendonosis is a chronic degradation of the collagen in the tendon. Tendinitis (which he also has, and had previously) is merely inflammation.

However, they are different. And Ford stated himself that his tendinitis devolved into tendonosis — which, again, is not just "chronic tendinitis".

Poor guy will need a knee replacement before he's 50.

This is incorrect no matter how many times you say it. The tendonosis is new.

And it will get worse and worse as wear and tear and time progress

i get the need for people to sugar coat things . but come on. this is just not a good situation for us. as it turned out. again just hope he can play some games and be somewhat what we hoped he would be when we got him.

These are mostly walkthroughs, I believe. Seeing how his knee responds tomorrow is the real test, not just the practice.

More than likely he plays...

championship
s**t I'm good with 1 day of practice and then balling on Sunday. Hope it doesn't flare up tomorrow or something.

He'll be able to afford it.

He's moving around okay there...

This is gonna be the norm for him IMO...if I remember correctly he wasn't practicing a ton with KC.
He's gonna lined up offside without the practice

Thanks for this...but that didn't look too good. Did he slip there or knee give out a bit? Slight limp after???
We don't know how much he will play but as far as I'm concerned, if he gets 4-5 sacks and chases the QB into Bosa's hands a few times then the signing was worth it.

It's not about the practice. It's about his body's response to it.
