I wish Ford would just retire. But that mofo is gonna milk the contract for every cent possible.

I think he'll retire and be done with it.

Highly doubt it. But we'll see...

You know I wonder if players feel bad for doing these types of things. I get it injuries happen but man he's been a ghost and gettin paid big bucks.
Ford feeling bad that he can't help the team

Yeah I'm guessing they don't but just a thought - great movie btw

Players know what he's gone through trying to get back on the field. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. He isn't the first guy to get paid while trying to rehab. Jimmy got paid for the 2 years he did nothing while he was injured. Look at the Watson contract. All his money is guaranteed. If he gets a serious injury in his first season withthe Browns they owe him for the rest of the 5 year contract.

He has been restructured with extended money twice knowing he may never play again. Why should he feel bad?

It was a random thought about players that don't live up to their pay

.

My question is it appears the Niners won't save that much cap space by cutting him. ?? Is that correct??
Such a disappointment. Could have been a killer pair with Bosa. Glad we are moving on.

We get 2.5 M I believe I read. Not a lot because we restructured twice and already used the extra.

Dude, have you seen all the prices on EVERYTHING going up lately, and every time it's questioned the corporate response is "inflation" even though nearly all corporate profits were outstanding the past year? My question is why do we fret over some guy getting all he can from the company he works for and we don't sweat a bit over the company raising prices at the same time?
3rd worst trade in franchise history after getting a finished OJ Simpson and trading Charles Haley to Dallas.

An UDFA will be vastly more productive than Dee (Andre Carter) Ford.

Dude you're over thinking a random question. I gotta believe some players feel some guilt signing large contracts and not delivering
He was able to get to Wilson.

A shame it didn't work out.
