Alex Mack retirement: $1.225 million
Dee has $8.5M in dead money left when cut post June 1, they save $1.12M in cash, $225K cap room, which will help sign their picks, the Alex Mack number is his prorated bonus, if he retires after June 1, they save $5M cash, $4.105M cap, this is all due to the top 51 rule.

I still expect Dee to be released unless he makes a miraculous recovery. I did want to share my thoughts on the trade and if it was the right move at the time.
