They need to retain omenihu and or ebukam. Otherwise you need to sign a guy like clowney. The other side edge needs somebody decent or multiple rotational guys that don't suck.

Our new D coordinator plays primarily nickel defense. Our 3rd LB is likely to see less time than years past

my idea is simple you pay your studs. AAS wasn't a stud. Bosa is a stud. If you are not sure if a guy is a stud, then he isn't a stud. you have draft / udfa for a reason. bunch of guys will be incoming.

We just got the guy listed by NFL.com as the #1 guy in all of free agency that will make our DL so damn scary. We also resigned several guys including our starting C. Are you always negative? Just asking because I never see anything positive from any of your posts. As long as there is a salary cap there will be limitations on who can be brought back. Losing a corner coming off an ACL and a 3rd LB isnt going to kill the team

We already replaced Moseley with Lenoir and had the #1 defense so not sure I follow your logic. As of right now RT is a clear problem. If you consider Mcglinch a liability then there are only maybe 20 tackles in all the NFL that aren't a liability. Luckily we still have one on Williams on the left side.

Yes they do. All should be qualifying Free Agents. Jimmie Ward as well. Now it will depend on whether the 9ers sign any more qualifying FA's.

Yeah, it sucks to lose quality players, but to paraphrase, Lynch said recently that playing the long game of comp picks is an okay consolation prize. You can't keep everyone, but getting extra picks is nice.
