He will miss at least a big chunk of the season. 10 weeks minimum. Sometimes the recommendation is 6 months without contact sports.

Oh wow, I wonder what kind of compensation they would want for him? He had a pretty good rookie year hut even though he was a 1st round pick that doesn't mean that's what they'll get back in a trade.
In the end, I don't think a trade happens. Unless they are worried that he'll help them win games this season.

They're not letting him go for less than a 1st IMHO. Otherwise why trade him?
They want a package like what they got for Tunsil/Stills. Probably a 1st and 3rd or something like that.

.... and there is nothing wrong with that, only something wrong with the people who judge others for their awkwardness.
That said, whether he is awkward or not, I am glad Gase is not our HC.

Sounds like Darius Guice ACL recovery is almost identical to McKinnon. Guice needed another procedure done after playing one game and will be on IR for 8 weeks. Only difference is McKinnon is on IR for the season and never played an actual game.

I don't understand why his lifetime ban was lifted.
I would think it was based on him admitting what he did and showing proper remorse. But he obviously does not admit or regret anything.
His ban should be reinstated.
