If healthy, he's a good choice for them as a vet QB while they find their new young QB in the draft. Smith is a no nonsense grinder that always brings great respect from the locker room. Pending his health he's a good option for them to have in their QB room.

I honestly think Alex will have more success in NE than Brady did last year. Smith is very comfortable in the spread and fits what BB wants to do to the tee.

The Patriots are losing players to FA, but it won't matter, as long as Bill B. is their coach they will continue to win. The Pats are 14-5 without Brady. Last year Brady actually ended up holding the Pats back. Patriots gave up just 225 points, less than the 2013 Seahawks. This dynasty isn't over. Unfortunately.

The "cheating" stuff with Pats is so bs. For the record, a lot of teams were were doing what the Pats got in trouble for with "spygate". That's why the previous year NFL sent out a memo basically telling teams to knock it off. It was sign stealing, not that huge of a deal. Even Mangini (the one who first reported it) said "I didn't think it was any kind of significant advantage, but I wasn't going to give them the convenience of doing it in our stadium, and I wanted to shut it down."

Deflate gate is another lame one. So the balls got a bit deflated in the 2nd half, after they were up by like 30 points already. Lol who cares.

Then this is one was all on the TV crew, but obviously the Pats will get in trouble for it, and probably should. But it's not like that TV crew was hiding in the bushes or something, they were taping what they thought would be good content for their tv show. And that was the first year the Pats were doing this TV show, so it's not like they've been doing this for 20+ years.

I saw the Patriots fans in comments about Tom Brady because he is left the Patriot! They were upset and not happy. They hate to Tom Brady?! Wow. They are heartless. fk the Patriots and fans
