He'd have to take a pay cut to go to Minnesota or NE, they're up against the cap, and this is before the cuts are made.
I simply listed teams who have a need for an upgrade. It would take some cap magic for Minny and NE as they lack the space. Dunno if either can make cap magic happen though. But thanks for pointing out what I was unaware of.

The Cards could offer Humphries to the Skins giving Washington depth behind Penn, or competition for the left tackle spot.
Don't know if that could free up the space needed but could definitely see Keim, whose seat is already warm at the least, trying to make a move to further help his new QB stay clean and make his team better.
