Damn the NFL took notice quickly.
He's been absolutely phenomenal in a very tough position to play. What's even more impressive is the entire secondary hasn't committed too many penalties either.

Eh! We are getting the LOB treatment. Refs give benefit of the doubt to great defenses. They let them play more.

That said, the NFL as a whole seems to not be calling alot of DPIs

Fred Warner and Mike McGlinchey didn't make it, not even honorable mentions.

Or maybe our team improved on penalties. We are one of the least penalized teams in the league so far. 10 penalties in the last 3 weeks, averaged 3 per game. Shoot, last week alone we had only 2. The Team is getting better each week in one of the most important but underrated category in winning football games, IMO.

My boy Jaire did
Hard to gauge how good our corners really are when they got the league's best front in front of them. I feel like an average corner can look above average with our front, that's why we haven't seen much drop off after losing spoon.
Warner for sure should have been on that list but EMAN! AYYYYYYE! Eman and Spoon will be nice for years to come.

CB1 Spoon FS Sherm SS Tartt CB2 Mosley

Pretty lockdown to me.

Most likely started paying attention after our primetime game.. then we faced the high octane passing of the Rams. And locked them down as well
I'm going to bump this thread because this kid has been balling. Because of injuries the 49ers have found some players. Skule,Brunskil, and Mosely have stepped up big time.
He's playing like a shut down corner. Lock him up with a nice 3yr extension while you can get him cheap
Our backups have been playing better than our starters.

C'mon man.

Skule and Brunskill have filled in admirably, but getting Staley and McG back will be huge. Dwelley doing his thing but he's no Juice. Moore looked okay at safety but Ward's return has clearly been an upgrade.
