I heard on the 49ers Insiders podcast Matt M said the niners are trying to extend Moseley. I was down on him 2 years ago after he got abused vs multiple number 1 wrs but after his improvement last year I think this should be a major priority extension. (No TDs given up and I believe below a 70 qb rating when in coverage)

The NFL and our division especially has many teams with 2 very good wrs. The niners have rarely had teams with 2 top 30 cbs and if we resign Moseley and pair him with Mooney we are good on the outside for many years to come. This will put us over the top with our front 7 already elite. Add in whatever we can get from Verrett and we are ridiculously good at outside cb. I'm glad we are learning not to trust cbs that show inconsistencies like a Whitherspoon or Ambry Thomas imo. Just lock this extension in and let's win 🏆 #6

He's been our top 1 or 2 CB since he got the starting job a couple years ago. He's not an all-pro, but he's a very good CB and definitely a player the team should try to keep around for a few more years.

Any word on his knee/leg injury?? Didn't look good
