I hope Cincy is not doing the same to Joe Burrow.

The draft is a huge gamble. That's why I would trade the picks for proven player.

And sf knows a thing or two about a putrid o line
2013 the 49ers made it all the way the NFC Championship game and lost to Seattle on the last play of the game. Needless to say the Niners were a very good team. The Colts with Andrew Luck at QB came into SF and beat the 49ers 27-7. I remember watching that game and saying to myself how many Super Bowls will this guy win. Injuries and an incompetent front office cost Luck a seemingly great career.

Man, I got so f**ked up for that game I fell off my front porch face first into concrete. Straight swan dive. Lucky I didnt fracture my cheek bone. I still have flashbacks sometimes as I'm about to fall asleep.

That was the first game where the cracks in the Kaepernick facade started to become evident. The Colts came out and stopped him from running the football and just flat out dared him to throw it on them and he couldn't. They blitzed him, pressured him constantly, had him off his game the entire time.

...just when that evil memory was starting to fade, you bring it back.

Let's not be so dramatic, he was really good in his prime, but he underperformed in big games.

Wouldn't he have to finish his contract with Colts?
Nice guy. Sad he had to retire. I doubt he will come back.

Not believing this rumor, but I wouldn't doubt him coming back. His passion for the game, the colts OL, and the rules making any qb hit potentially being a flag I wouldn't be surprised.
He really needed a hiatus he was severely hurt for 3 years straight.
