You're a slave to continuously talking about wanting big guys lol

Hey, I got news for you, "big" is not a stat.

How familiar is Sanders with Shanahan's kind of offense?

Rich Scangarello is Denver's OC, running a very similar offense this season. The transition should be easy enough that he'll play Sunday.

Im sure that's what the fo was thinking the whole way.

Show me where I said he was the ONLY disappointment? However, Pettis has been the BIGGEST disappointment, that's for sure. In fact, I dare say that if Pettis - and Pettis alone - displayed half the commitment, focus, and consistency Shanny has needed from him this trade never happens.

Imo. Pettis is doing EXACTLY what I thought he would. He gets open ALOT but doesn't have the targets to show for it. Even the INT Sunday he toasted his man. Yes he shod have tied to break the ball up but from his perspective he's looking at the ball knowing his man is beat. He doesn't know the S is even coming.

What we need is someone who can get him the ball. Cause dude is always open.

This gets real interesting if Joe is back too. Phoenix I wasn't sure if Sanders still had his deep(er) speed - haven't seen too much of him this season.

NY
Pettis doesn't fight enough for me and Goodwin was pretty good 2 years ago, don't know what happened :(.

I mean I've see Pettis fighting for most of his catches this yr including that one to win the game vs Pitt. Goodwin's one great season was more him being force fed the ball than anything IMO.

Sanders skill set is very similar to AB's will be interesting to see how Kyle uses all of them.

Now that Goodwin has basically been replaced, we should take advantage of this buyers market for WR's and see if anyone would trade a 5th for him. Preferably trade him to someone in the AFC like Buffalo or Indy.

I don't think they added a receiver just to get rid of a key one but stranger things have happened.

My biggest problem is that Goodwin is basically useless other than being a decoy. He's not even a good deep threat because he struggles locating the deep ball. Sanders taking his spot makes him irrelevant since he doesn't offer position versatility like Pettis or Deebo, and he doesn't play ST like James. Then factor in the near return of Taylor (who also plays ST) and we don't have enough roster spots to carry him.

If Lynch can grab some late picks back, it makes sense to move on with this market desperate for recievers.

Didn't this dude tear an acl or Achilles last year?

Achilles.

Dudes rarely comeback the same after that.

Yet he did and has been just as good as always with a crap line and floundering OC.

I think suswel and mayo49 are the same person, they are always very negative just ignore them.

And who are you?

For those who missed it.
Quise was a weak link and now the odd man out... he is a good dude will miss him

Don't forget we have four guys on IR able to return, but by rule, we can only bring two back. Two of those guys are WR, so we'll get somebody else back and still get to eat our cake.

Sanders
Pettis/Deebo
Taylor
Juice
Kittle

All on the field at the same time.
This may also be a move if one or both of Taylor and Hurd can't get healthy this year. The F. O. Isn't going to release that kind of information until they have to. But maybe one or both are having setbacks

Gotta outscore Aaron Rodgers.

I guess we like old washed up WRs and didn't learn our lesson from Garcon.

What about Boldin? dude was solid for like 4 seasons.

Stop the hate, accept the great.

That was Baalke. Boldins game was never speed and separation, he outmuscled and punked guys. Sanders game is all speed and separation, which is and will further decline with his age and recent Achilles. Is what it is now, he's a 49er, I hope he balls the f**k out!!

I want you guys to seriously look me in the eyes and tell me that he isn't an upgrade for this team right now as it's constructed

Should we face time or Skype ?
I think Sanders plays 2-3 years with us
