That's cool. Didn't realize he did so much for Utah.

Damn. Just when you think you heard it all. What fortitude Smith had to overcome that b******t on top of his recovery.

Why would an article about him in college trigger anyone?

Yup that was s**t, and I'm glad Smith wasted no time getting this out there.

BTW, I have a friend who's a fan of The Football Team. Has always given backhanded compliments about Smith ("great human being") and always calls him mediocre. When shown the tweet that he's like ~80-36-1 since Harbaugh arrived, "blessed to be surrounded by talent".....

Which might technically be true on some level, except for the fact that his W/L record for WFT is 11-5, better than RG3's first full season. It's a lack of respect IMO to say those things about him without anyone notably better in a long freaking time over there (and the only guy who could be considered better was hated and shipped out of town - Cousins).

They won't have a better W/L QB for awhile. Good luck Taylor Heinicke.......
Posters who say things like "I cant stand this guy as a QB" might be triggered by a post complementing Smith's QB play.
Injury is over and so is the comeback.

Dude... I had one of those guys that has a deep, emotional resentment for Smith PM me a bunch of times hella mad... he thought I had an elaborate plot to ban zoners by complimenting Smith.

Right. As if it wasn't hard enough dealing with the physical and mental aspect of his injury and comeback. Damn. Dude is a legend.

Really it needs to be moved to Niner Talk for good. Who do we have to talk to about this?
