Go home and play with your kids forever.

Love this dude and his heart and drive.

Really!? Let the man try to get that ring.

Well this didn't take long. Some good news about Alex comes out and the same anti-Alex crowd shows up. Unbelievable.

One of my favorite seasons of all-time, for many reasons. Redemption for Alex, Gore, Davis, Staley, and Willis. But especially Alex.

We've been through all that years ago. You start it up again and you will be sitting on the sideline.

Kap was great with Harbaugh reading his D coverage. Once Harbaugh left he just had Jimmy T blathering nothing. He was figured out.

Well, Alex is a great dude but let's be realistic. He won't win any rings in Washington and with his age, recent injury history and his current price tag of over $20 million per year, there won't be any trade market for him, either. His only realistic shot is to get cut by his current team and then join one of the contenders as the backup quarterback or a fringe team like the Colts and battle it out for the starting quarterback job after Rivers inevitably s**ts the bed this upcoming season.

I was always undervaluing Alex as well but,...

He had a crappy WAS team on a path to the playoffs before he got injured.

I wouldn't call the 2018 Redskins team crappy. It was a mediocre team (combined 24-23-1 record over the previous 3 seasons) that lucked out with a cakewalk schedule up until that point. The only decent team they beat that year was Carolina (6-2 record until Newton's body started to give out on him). The Dallas victory was pre-Amari Cooper trade. Say what you will, but the Cowboys transformed into a completely different team offensively after they added him to the roster. So, even if Washington had managed to hold on to the division lead, the end result still would have been the same: Another first round exit in the playoffs for Alex.

Lol
What if Mahomes gets hurt. Andy Reid calls Snyder and says I got a cheeseburger 🍔 for you. And he trades a future 4th round and 7th for Alex and then Alex goes on to win the SB against..the Seahawks!!! Pete carrol retires and is booed out of Seattle the end

He obviously didn't watch that team. They only beat the cowboys because Preston Smith returned a fumble for a TD to put them in the lead. Alex actually tried to give that game away by running out of bounds for no reason on the skins last drive, which gave Dallas just enough time to get in FG range to tie. Alex just got lucky they missed the FG.

In their 6 wins under Alex that year, they forced 14 turnovers and Peterson averaged over 100 yds per game in those wins. Alex was just along for the ride.
