so your admitting to trolling after mod just asked you to stop? and didn't you talk about others needing attention several posts back?

No I didn't admit to such a thing. I'm showing love to a great former Niner in his respective thread. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here... I'm a fan of Alex and giving him props in this thread? You think it's trolling to say positive things about Alex Smith in the Alex Smith thread? If I praised Frank Gore in the Frank Gore thread would you barge in there pissed off?

Thank you for showing me what a "Karen Post" is. Was curious, but now I see the light

Did you really just say that Alex Smith in Canton isnt an absurd position? Yikes.

No. I said Smith in Canton IS an absurd position. No need to even respond to it.

Gotcha. Just like saying Alex should be a tourguide is an absurd position.

Jfc let us joke around a bit. Some posters get super pissy and try and get people warned for some baffling reason. Stay out of here if you can't handle it
This is the one thread where if you say a positive thing about a player, people run in here (same bunch) super pissed and yell for mods. Why is that? What is wrong with praising a player?

We must be in different threads. I see people in here being warned for not rubbing one out to Smith constantly. Anything negitive gets warned.

Only if this is the only thread you visit. Say something positive about Kap and watch what happens. Or look at the Jimmy thread right now. Only difference between this and other threads is the mods police it harder. Which I joke about but if you've been here long enough you know why.

Could you imagine if the Kap thread got this much bias?
Cousins in his ninth year in the NFL and is leading a team with super bowl aspirations and a good roster to 0-3. His ninth year. Alex led a bottom three roster to first place last year before the horrific injury. 0-3 and letting your team down? Couldn't be Alex

Alex>>Cousins

Retire #11, Jed. Put Alex in the Niner hall of fame. What a QB and a legend

Still taking Cousins. How long you gonna act like Alex was playing good football before his injury?

And your boy will not be in the 49ers HOF. Our HOF is reserved for greats.

Might be seeing Alex sooner rather than later the way Haskins is playing.

Well, I'm glad the masses have settled on consensus: Alex>>>Cousins. Only someone who is being irrational would think otherwise, or someone with an extreme dislike of old #11, which would just be weird

And if the Santa Clara HoF is for greats, Alex Smith fits the bill

My dude Aiyuk may have to give up #11

I agree Alex will win you more games than Cousins...but your other point...

If you think Alex Smith is a 49er great, you didnt watch the 49ers prior to 2011. The 49ers have one of the most storied franchises in the NFL. Players who played for the team for 7 seasons (mostly poorly), are not players who will get in. I will agree to disagree with you on the Cousins thing, because that is simply a difference of opinion (in spite of your baseless claim that its a consensus of the masses)......but this though? The idea that Smith deserves to be in the 49ers HOF is comically ridiculous.

Bryant Freakin Young just got in this season. Jeff Garcia (who by every conceivable metric was a better 49er) hasnt sniffed induction. John Taylor isnt in. Patrick Willis isnt in.

I get that you are just trying to be funny and get a reaction out of me, but lets live in reality shall we?

Alex is about equal to San Jose State's finest. Both gave us a great playoff memory. Let's get Alex enshrined in Santa Clara, get his number retired at Levi's and then discuss Canton.

JT and P Willy should get in also. Point me to their thread and I'll advocate in there

BTW, it is always helpful to identify when you are trolling, in case mods miss it.
