Who's his player comp at best? Barry Sanders or Jamal Charles?

Lol, neither. Devonta Freeman isn't a bad comp, but Hasty is quite a bit more explosive and seems to be faster. Hasty's jump cuts are pretty nutty.

Yeah I don't get the Lynch comp or anything Grant says for that matter.
IDK if its just the size but he seems like a more agile Boston Scott.

Remember that time Rashaun Woods said he didn't want to be compared to TO just because he chose to wear #81 because people would remember #81 as Woods' number Good times

I like the Darren Sproles comparison for him. Quicker than fast with a sturdy frame

Nah, hasty is a better actual RB. He's also about 2 inches taller and almost 20Lbs bigger.
He's damn near the same size as Clyde Edwards-Helaire

The team is going to have to decide if they really want 5 RBs on the roster, or do they trade someone before the deadline. They have to think long-term.
They can't keep Mostert, Coleman, Jet, Hasty, and Wilson all on the team. I really like Wilson, but don't want to lose Hasty over him. Frankly, I see more upside with Hasty, at least by a hair. Hasty and Wilson both have similar traits in that they both run with power, forward lean, and can catch the ball well. However, Hasty is more compactly built and hopefully that means he would be more durable (no guarantees with anyone on this team...) but he also has superior lateral quickness and agility. Wilson does have some moves, but not quite the same caliber of jump-cuts you've seen from Hasty.
It's going to be a tough decision. Honestly, you could make an argument for trading any one of Coleman, Jet, or Wilson. Coleman and Jet would net the biggest compensation. Coleman saves the most money. Wilson is lower on the totem pole but would be one we could easily retain in 2021 if we wanted.

Yup, his jump cuts are comparable to McCoy imo. Freeman with more burst. I don't see how they can put him back on the PS if he makes a couple more solid plays this week? Plays STs too.
Who knows when Coleman comes back and personally I think he's kinda useless at this pt. Could have used that $4.9M right now

Kind of makes it difficult to trade him too.. who wants to take on 4.9 million mid-season... I do like that he has speed. I would hate to trade Jet because it would seem kinda wrong.. but to be honest, he would net the most compensation and his contract makes him easily moveable. I think we promised him an opportunity though so I don't think we can in good conscience trade him either.
Ultimately, I have a feeling we're going to lose Wilson if we like Hasty enough.

Are they gonna give him some real volume over the next few weeks or rely of the tortoise-like McKinnon?
Poor man's Aaron Jones, more physical version of Gio Bernard.

Yeah no one is trading anything for Coleman at this pt. Waste of money, Should have never picked up his option imo. I'd move Jet if the compensation worked (don't really save much in cash).
I feel like someone would have grabbed Wilson by now, he's been on the PS plenty. SF has had to make Hasty a protected PS player a couple times this yr,

I am starting to feel the same. He played solid in limited action, but he's never done shown all that much splash to make other teams see him as a super-high upside guy. So, I agree, if they can't trade him, Wilson ends up cut and back on the PS. There's nothing he does that Hasty can't do.

Sounds like Kyle knew exactly what he has in Hasty even if some of us don't. Incredible how they can spot good RB and giving these guys a chance. Wish they can do the same at WR doe
