Right. Although they didn't draft Mostert....him and Hasty (and Wilson) were all UDFA. They've got a great scheme for RBs just need to find the right fits.

Maybe the drafting of Joe Williams has scared them from wasting any real draft capital on RBs.
I would dump Jeff Wilson if I had to get rid of one. He's nice with the gap concepts, but I don't think he's very good at running and maximizing the effects of outside zone. He's not very fast, so he's not going to force defenses to overflow or get out of their gaps.

I would cut Mckinnon over Wilson. Wilson is a better pure RB. But, knowing Shanahan, he would cut Wilson before he would Mckinnon.
Am I starting Hasty or Mckinnon? Jeez, why can't kyle assure us they'll split time! haha. I'm really liking him, very confident RB seems polished for a bigger role

McKinnon overall is a better RB for this system. Cutting McKinnon does nothing for the cap either. Makes no sense to do that

Wilson can chill on the PS no one has taken him off the PS to put on their active roster since he's been here.

Gotta start McKinnon, if you can afford to I'd have hasty on my bench

Jet being so good at pass protection is a valuable skillset the team needs right now. His pass pro and receiving skills make him a good 3rd down back. Wilson might be the best goal line back on the team, but the offense faces more 3rd downs than it does goal line situations. (Un)fortunately, this isn't a decision the team needs to make right now with Mostert and Coleman out.

Yup, he's one of the best pass-blocking RBs in football. He's not an elite pass catcher (very good), but I'd say he's probably the best one on the roster. All I've ever called him was a good COP/3rd down back. which he is.

I don't think it's something we really need to worry about regardless, Wilson is a PS RB. It will be interesting to see what happens when Coleman and Mostert come back. I'll take Hasty over Coleman all day.

I doubt Hasty sees the field as long as Jet and Jeff are healthy. I would like to see more of him but Kyle seems to stick with the pecking order

Wilson wasn't active last game but Hasty was. Wilson still seems like last man off the bench.

Hasty will get more play then Wilson IMO. Hasty got the rock when SF needed to get yards and kill the clock on SNF. He's earned more time.

Depends on how the game goes. If Kyle has to run the ball more to lessen the defense knocking Jimmy on his ass, and the run game working, I can definitely see Kyle using all 3

They had to learn. Deebo and Aiyuk look the part.

That's what I'm going with too. This is the week where Hasty could break out though. I'm taking the wait and see approach but I'm nervous Hasty breaks out on my bench. At the end of the day as long as we win I could kind of care less about my fantasy teams

I think it's all about opportunity with Hasty, once he gets the touches he will shine and be hard to take out, I honestly think if given the touches he becomes the number 1 back until Mostert is back then the 2.
