If the owners want a No vote, then 31/32 wouldn't have voted Yes lol.

In the end, the owners still hold most of the leverage due to NFL careers being so short. Its pretty much the exact opposite of the MLB where the players hold most of the power. The offers from the owners aren't likely going to get any better and if the players try for a lockout, the owners are in a much better financial position to sit back and wait for the players to fold like what happened in 1987.
Lombardi thinks it'll pass as the 65% of the players making league minimum will get instant increase in pay.
I read that 50% of the league players are signed to the minimum salary, and that minimum per year increases about $100,000 on average, seems likely that most of those would vote for it...either 65% or 50% that's still a lot of voters

Exactly.
Is it still gonna be 4 preseason games? That would be dumb then
If the players pass they may regret it. If viruses can shut down leagues/ force 0 attendance games you might want to take the deal that doesn't factor that in.

Looks like the League is contemplating delaying the start of free agency.

The makes no difference. If there are no games nobody gets paid regardless of what the deal is

When I made that comment 0 attendance games were in discussion but that was nixed for shutting down. But you also have to look at how this could effect tv contracts going forward.

Doubt it. It just wont be a live event. Players will just get drafted from home.
