Son of a b***h. Cost us 3 sacks it seems. He had 4 or 5 good games so I guess he only needs to play 2 more good ones.

I spent a lot of last night's game hate-watching Compton and he was having serious problems with traction, I guess. His legs kept getting wider and wider apart, which made him slower and slower.
It was pitiful to watch.

Compton has been awful all year in protection, nothing has changed. He's a great run blocker but he's praying for mercy on pass downs.

Yes he struggles in pass protection, but I think aside from last nights game he has been pretty solid. Shoot Laken Tomlinson is the 9ers best Guard and he was getting beat left and right last night. I still trust Compton as a starter more than I do Dontae Johnson starting.....way more.

Moore has to be an upgrade no? I get the experience factor etc, but my god he got destroyed last night. He was crippling us.

i think its a cold weather thing he just cant play in those conditions. He was getting beat more times than not a lot of plays got blown up because of him

I think ambry should be back next week sounds like he was almost a game time decision another week rest will be good

Hope he keeps it up. Yes he got beat, but he also protected on that last drive when it counted. Definitely want another OLineman in the mix this next draft cycle.

TBF, every OL got abused last night. The difference with our pass protection and theirs was, for them, they usually had a lane to step up into. Ours? The entire unit collapsed at once...no where to go. Their DL dominated our OL in run blocking and esp. pass protection. Kudos to them.
