Haha. Nobody said they're easy to find. Christ, Ruiz couldn't even block Kentavius Street who's like our 8th DT. LOL

That's why IOL >>>>>>>>>>> DT

But but all they have to do is stop these dime a dozen DTs?

Yeah, the rookie is probably benched getting their HOF QB hurt. Here, after getting Garoppolo hurt twice, Tomlinson declares he's part of the best left side in football.

He's not getting benched. s**t happens. If he ends up getting benched it will because if his overall mediocre play

Hey man gotta spend up for IOL to block all these dime a dozen DTs lol

Ugh, spend? The IOL should have already been drafted, developed and ready to go. Oh well. Maybe they'll 'start' next year.

It's not just that DT are a dime a dozen, its that they have next to zero impact in a passing league. Conversely, we see personally what happens when you can't PP in a passing league.

IOL who can PP well >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> DT

"Spend" as in use high draft picks to take all these IOL to pass-protect all these dime a dozen DTs lol.

DTs have no impact on the the passing game YET you want these IOL to PASS PROTECT against these DTs that have no impact on the passing game...huh?

You surly see the irony of all these? No?

Gotcha. I thought you meant FA.

It's far easier for DT. The athletes go to the DL not the OL. You've said this a thousand times. The OL camp referenced this, hence why the OL are getting together to keep up. In fact, the 45 DT in FA every year confirms the surplus of DT, hence the dime a dozen comment.

UDFA's like Kevin Givens (67.1) and D.J. Jones (64.0) can give you plenty of production even in rotation compared to your #15 pick in Javon Kinlaw (55.0) who's still just a 2 down player (and a good one).

It's just not worth it. Now, if he becomes a high value pick where he's a high quality pass rusher and run defender (rare), great!

The 2 down stuff is pretty funny. Has the most snaps of any Niner interior DL, by a good amount, and his snap count % is pretty high .
Is he playing tomorrow? Last I heard he was on that COVID list along with Aiyuk.

Not unless he's playing by himself since we have a bye week.

I'm so not excited by this season that I forgot about that. It seems like the whole season has been a bye.

He's still a 2 down DL no matter how you spin it. When he's a 3 down player like Buckner, maybe after the bye week, then we might see more production and corresponding PFF grades.
