This kid is showing more and more weekly and that's exactly what you want from a young raw rookie, next year when Bosa is back watch him be great ( I'd say Ford too but he is the most unreliable player I've ever seen )

Dude got basically stone walled just got lucky goff threw it right to him. Btw who needs oxygen running twenty yards. The youngster needs to work on the cardio.

On the real though I was cracking up at that. Dude was sucking oxygen like he just took a punt return 109 yards to the house in full sprint. No hands on hips though so that's good.

Interesting that NC has came full circle to become Sus Jr. Sus turned him out

Clearly. There's some kind of vendetta here with these posts and it isn't simply wanting what's best for the team.

Ford is probably the most frustrating of all these injured guys because he actually was lights out when he played. Everyone else was only good, average, or just the best amongst the other players at the position who weren't very good themselves. I'm hoping Ford can get through 2021 so either we can redo his deal (make it a per game type of deal or something- HEAVILY incentive laden) or we can just trade him after the season is up and don't have to worry anymore.

Haha. NC says:

Pfffft. 2 weeks off and still only gets 20 snaps. Now a 1 down DT. SMH. Coaches don't trust him obviously. Givens FTW.

A rookie getting limited snaps is normal. As long as he's giving me All pro quality in those 20+ snaps I don't give a s**t if he gets substituted more than your NFL regular on his first NFL season.

Except he's not been getting limited snaps. He's the snap leader of interior DL. Just happened to get limited snaps this game. Maybe due to the quick passing , not sure . But at the same time Givens was playing great . But I agree with you.
He didn't get to practice last week because he was on the covid list. I think that had more to do with limiting his snaps yesterday.

Oh yeah. Whoops that explains it. Thanks

It 100% explains it. He's usually a 2 down DT. Not 1.

I do wonder if the gameplan affected the performances. Seems like Ward played more in the box as well to defend against the screen pass heavy McVay WC offense the Rams run. Kinlaw had a helluva game is small doses. Something to consider, perhaps?

Right. Imagine if they only used Aaron Donald for 20 snaps.

So now we're comparing Javon to Aaron Donald?

NICE!

He's finally made it!

LOL this I believe looking at the posts.

The guy had the best game of any DL this season I believe and he's criticized for only playing 22 snaps coming off Covid in his rookie season.

It was due to him getting like 1 practice for this game due to covid restrictions and him being on the covid list...but NC is just trolling anyways.

Kinlaw is his anti Wirfs so any shot he can get to take, he's taking it.

edit...i see people beat me to the reason for his lower snaps this week.

Kevin Givens >> AA inside

Right? Givens had a game nobody is talking about.

No doubt Givens looks promising, but there is no real film on the guy. Talk to me after there is a season of film to study. AA inside is a force. AA outside is somewhat average. Contrary to Webzone popular opinion, they didn't give AA his contract because he sucks. They knew exactly what they where getting.
NC up in here swinging and missing

If you get blocked like that you're taught to drop back and try to swat the pass down. He just happened to catch it.

If you watch the replay, he actually reads the quarterback's eyes and jumps the route. It was pretty impressive.

He led the team in receiving TDs this past Sunday.
