WTF is going on in this thread? He was a rookie DT last year that had no offseason to prepare for his first year. He showed flashes of dominance in 2020, and is primed to take a big next step with Bosa back.
All this talk about injuries and not making the team makes no sense…Come on guys.

The truth is that there's a lot of underlying resentment about the organization trading Deforest Buckner, and until Kinlaw becomes as good or better than Defo, he's going to get s**t on.

If I had DeFo's contract, and if an upvote / like cost one dollar, I still couldn't afford to upvote / like your post enough.
As it pertains to Kinlaw, he hurt his knees wearing those Crocs.

He doesn't have an injury.
He's just limited...literally.

That resentment should be towards AA who got that monster contract...Kin was a rookie with no off season.

I know we don't want to hear knee issues of any sort with a guy with prior knee issues but it's pretty clear the team is adjusting how they do things to try and keep guys healthy.
It's a long camp…I'd rather these guys are healthy for the season vs rushing them out there now just so we can get camp reports about how they look.

I think the anger with Kinlaw was the domino effect it caused.
1. They could have stayed at their existing pick and got Wirfs
2. AA had ONE strong season and they picked him over perennial all pro buckner
3. Kinlaw has big shoes to fill
4. With Bosa and Dee Ford hurt, AA had to play DE
I hope Kinlaw can be a go, my struggle is DJ Jones and street free agents appear to be as effective.
