everyone in here wants to be right so bad lol. Relax

I think most are concerned more than anything, especially with the 9ers luck and Injuries... Hopefully It's not too serious and he'll be ready by week two though.
just put him on IR now and bring him back for the Green Bay game
So who would start next to DJ in the middle?

Maybe. I think Hurst would've been starting. AA and Givens probably inside on obvious passing downs.

Yeah, everyone in here does not want to be right except NC and he has a point. Most Niner fans were ok with the pick especially since we got a wr later in the first round.

Of course we all know it's not CURRENTLY an IR issue. We are mainly concerned that this is going to be a reoccurring issue. Not sure why you're not too concerned long term.

Kerr and AA
BUST
Kinlaw is not a bust, failed draft pick, or any of that. The guy is a monster and of course he's going to have some leg issues because of his frame. All they need to do is rest him until the GB game. He's not needed for any of these two games. I find it funny that some of you are hounding on Kinlaw and you were the same folks who was hounding on Dee Ford and look at him now - healthy and ready to go. It's called the NFL and injuries happen sadly. Stay positive as we play tomorrow, and I can assure you,we have the depth to whether this injury of Kinlaw's. Positive thinking and moving forward towards our 6th ring is where we need to be.

Yeah, knee injury red flags from college/combine, pass rush not a strength, raw as hell, only 500 snaps last year, off season surgery, took about 8 snaps all pre season, now isn't playing week 1, etc.

Only a special breed of fans can spin this one as it being no big deal AS it stands TODAY.

Incredible.

Good thing DT's are a dime a dozen (which was the original reason NOT to take him in the first place and use that pick on a more valuable position which has certainly worked out of the gate for Dallas and Tampa).

I heard that "hope" last year and all off season. "It's no big deal. Let's wait to see if he actually misses any real games before freaking out. Calm down people. Geesh."

Welp, here we are and now the goal posts move again.

But to your point, you're spot on. It's just a legit concern and shouldn't be minimized at this stage any longer.
Can someone give me a rundown on what his actual injury is or do we really not know?

I might have some details wrong here but I know he banged his knee on the turf and missed a few games last year. Then was supposedly fine until an airplane ride this year and it acted up?? What is that and how? Is there a damaged ligament or something?
