It's not the "starts" it's the snaps. Only 500 snaps last year for a very raw rookie because his knee needed to be managed, then misses the last two games, then off season surgery, next to no off season snaps, GM telling you it ain't good, already missing game 1, etc.

He playing today? I haven't been around but back in January this inury was a minor procedure and he was expected back for OTAs.
