This was post #5. This guy's smarter than Lynch.

Hate to say it, but Cohn was saying the same thing.

If he gets his body right I don't think he'll bust at all.

Lots of people said it. Not impressive. I get why they fell in love. I think on 2021 no way they make the pick given how 2020 went with injuries. Old habits still burning this team. This learning on the job is going to cost them their jobs if some of these picks don't start produce and I specifically mean day 1 and 2 guys. They have done great on day 3 but great teams aren't built from hitting on day 3 alone.

When he's on the field, he's a solid player. Nobody runs on us when Kinlaw plays. Not as good as Buckner, true. but he's productive when healthy. The problem is, like a lot of our players, he isn't healthy.

Right, but the 49ers drafted Kinlaw in hopes of him becoming a Chris Jones-type player. This was Chris Jones in week 2 of his Sophomore season. Chief's fans immediately knew they had a special player. Kinlaw hasn't sniffed a game like this.

Not disagreeing at all. He's no Chris Jones.

He never had a shot because of the knee deal. Now all I can think is whether he had surgery or not, will he be a FULL participant in camp next year?

The good news is this team hasn't missed on these 1st round DTs in some time. All of them are starter material. Even that guy from 2017 apparently lol. Hope for the fans and FO sake it doesn't take 5 years.

Im scared he won't. If he does I think he will be a great player. Top 5 or 10 DT. But I have no faith in his knees.

Ya hes a freak athlete. But when you're that much of a freak athlete, that can also work against you. when you're that damn big, and already have knee issues, idk how it gets better.
They should have just let him get surgery in the first place rather than "managing" it.

This dude is quickly turning into a bust that's never really produced to his draft position. On to 2022, I'm not sure how surgery fixes bad "knees" for such a massive athlete but I hope they figure it out.

lynch kyle whoever wanted him.. you are a fools idea of a fool. you dump a leader and elite player like buckner then you think you have to pick someone early to justify the move.. this guy had red flags and bad knees and you still went ahead. this was the downfall of our team. when the niners take a bad pick. we hear their defenders. well we must trust kyle and lynch.. obviously there was no one else that we could have picked that was better than the pick we made..... this is a shining example of total b******t and total ineptness on kyle and lynch.. anyone who thinks this guy will ever play for us again is as foolish as lynch and kyle..... stupid motherf**kers. there is no way to spin this but i am sure some of the bathwater drinkers will try...... i am sure we will hear,,,, lets let him get surgery and he will be good as gold next year,,, this guy will never play a down for us again.. jesus christ

wow... This is complete dribble. From the guy who is still butthurt over hitching his cart to Baalke, Chip Kelly, and the most predictable inside zone offensive scheme ever seen at the nfl level. Your agenda still shines through with every post brah. Well all be here to let you know when youre wrong yet again. Pretty sure you said Ford would never play another down too. Jesus. The hits just keep on coming with dude.

They never should have drafted a guy first round with bad knees when there were so many other places we could go.. now we are reactive.. typical. we play not to win lose games so lets not roll out the shock and awe when this guy needs surgery.he most likely will never play for us and just like that poof, lynch or kyle has just gut punched this organization. the buck dump and this guy who now needs surgery looks like a franchise killer. and f**k kyle and john.. they deserve all the hate and scrutiny they are getting from all quarters right now

did the guy have bad knees? yes. were there other guys we could have taken who would be helping us now? yes,, and your agenda is clear.. when we do not support this regime... we get you want trent and chip back.... does this guy have bad knees that need surgery. most likely yes... so where was i wrong... if you do not think this pick was made just to try to calm fans down after they made a major mistake in dumping buck. well i can not help you,. oh.. for the record i never supported chip kelly

Haha, damn, this is the truth. I made a meme that year of the 49ers playbook, and every play in the book was inside zone.

Seriously. How many here would truly drop a grand betting on this guy?

We all need to get over it. Trading DB and drafting this dude and not drafting CeeDee Lamb or any cb worth a crap has been
an abject failure. Has it not? This regime completely sucks at the draft. Plain n simple. And yeah large
young dudes with knee issues is not good. Surgery doesn't cure arthritis.

I really don't have the answer. The 49ers constantly construct these odd regimes where there is never a strong
Football man with pelts on the wall in charge of the draft/roster etc. What we get is Parrag the bean counter, and
a glorified scout or 2 who've got little to no track record. (this time they've decided to toss a broadcaster in the mix) A 1st time head coach with waaay too much power.
Ala Mike Nolan. Cuz that worked out great yeah?

And Seriously who tf is Adam Peters? Did he just gravy train
a good name because Elway was able to convince Manning to come to Denver? Seriously, I'm asking.

The 49ers seem to be a training route for glorified NFL scouts and anyone else with very little experience.

Gross.
